SYNOPSIS
Psychiatric out patients Kate (McKenzie) and Harry (Lynch) fall in love and move in together despite some misgivings from family and the medical bureaucracy. When Kate becomes pregnant, they decide to stop taking their medication so the baby has a better chance of being born healthy. Kate’s doctors believe she’s not capable of dealing with a child, although she is equally determined to have her baby, while Harry struggles to make a life for all of them.

Michael Rymer, born in Melbourne, Australia is a television and film director, best known for his work on the Battlestar Galactica tv series. Michael attended Film School at the University of Southern California. Angel Baby was his first film.
