SYNOPSIS
Welcome to Six Mile Hill, a quiet Irish village where the only claim to fame is the dubious legend that Bram Stoker once spent a night in the local pub. A group of road workers, led by a father and son who are constantly at each other’s throats, must live through the night when they accidentally awaken an ancient Irish vampire.
DIRECTOR
Chris Baugh worked as a development producer for successful NI based company Sixteen South and as a writer on a number of television projects before moving on to set up Six Mile Hill Productions with producing partner Brendan Mullin. From there Chris went on to produce a number of award winning short films (amongst them The Captors, IFF 2018) and his debut feature, Bad Day for the Cut, premiered at Sundance Film Festival. He directed an episode of Vera for ITV in 2017 and then quickly went on to shoot a block of Tin Star in 2018. Boys from County Hell is his latest feature.
